Classroom Observation

In the traditional methods of learning, the teacher follows a lesson plan. The learning process is dependent on the methodology specified on the lesson plan. There are limited alternatives to the teaching methods before.  Classroom observation is done by the principal or administrator as an annual assessment.  However, assessment should be done on a regular basis to see improvements.  An annual assessment might be too long an interval to see concrete results.  For an assessment to truly reflect what is in a classroom experience, a classroom observation should be done regularly.
